With a strong emphasis on Family Collaboration and Partnership, New Connections Academy provides Monthly Family Night Activities for parents, caregivers, and our NCA team to foster connection, collaboration, and community. Consistently hosted on the 3rd Tuesday of each month (see Academic Calendar for details), the NCA Clinical Team provides presentations and activities focused on providing psychoeducation for Autism awareness and support, at-home strategies for parents to implement, resources regarding NCA programming, and family-based activities involving Art and Music!

We offer Family Night monthly both virtually via Google Meet and in-person. Doors open at 6:00 pm and we provide a light dinner (e.g., pizza and salad) and provide child care for NCA students and their siblings during parent-focused presentations. At the first week of each month, a family night flyer will be sent out to all families regarding the topic of the month. We ask that you RSVP with your child’s classroom teacher or therapist so that staff can arrange for food and child care needs.
